Meet Ups

Meet Needah!

Hey there!

I’m Needah, the heart behind Wild Heart Mamas, a community born from my deep love for connection, motherhood, and those soul-nourishing conversations that happen over a really good cup of coffee.

My journey began in the world of psychology and therapy, where I discovered the incredible power of holding space for others. That passion led me to create Wild Heart Mamas, a place for women to feel seen, supported, and truly connected. I believe in real talk, honest friendships, and building community that lasts.

Oh, and coffee? I’m obsessed, which is why I launched my own coffee line, @wildheartmamascoffee. Because let’s be real, few things bring people together like a cozy cup of coffee and a heartfelt chat.

Life has been a beautiful adventure. I met my British husband in Rome over 16 years ago (a true summer romance turned lifelong love), and together we’re raising two wild-hearted boys who keep things lively and full of laughter. Sunshine, fresh air, and good company are my go-to therapy, and I’m always down for a deep conversation on the couch with friends and drinks in hand.

And here’s something I’m excited to share: I’m currently accepting clients as a therapist. If you’re looking for a safe, compassionate space to explore your journey, I’d be honored to walk alongside you. Feel free to reach out, I’d love to connect.

If you’re new here, welcome! And if you’ve been part of this journey already, thank you from the bottom of my heart. Let’s keep growing this beautiful, soul-centered community together.

If you see me around, don’t hesitate to say hi, let’s chat, share some coffee, and connect.

xx,
Needah

Weekly Wednesday

Hey Mama, need a midweek pick-me-up?
Join us every Wednesday at 9:30 AM at Brookside Park in Pasadena, right by the playground (yes, the one next to the playground...you’ll see us!).

Think of it as your weekly dose of sunshine, connection, and easygoing mom vibes. No pressure, no prep, just come as you are (messy bun, yoga pants, and coffee in hand totally welcome!).

Each week, we mix it up with a fun theme or special guest to keep things fresh and exciting, but the heart of it is simple: real moms, real talk, and real community.

Everyone’s invited, so bring a friend, or come solo and make some new ones! And if you're feeling the love and want to support the magic we're creating, check out our store.

All the details (and all the fun) are on Instagram, don’t miss a thing @wildheartmamas.

See you Wednesday! You belong here. 💛

Why did you start

Wild Heart Mamas?

Wild Heart Mamas was born in the middle of the chaos, right in the heart of the pandemic. When the world shut down and isolation hit hard, especially for mothers, I felt an overwhelming pull to create something meaningful. Moms were craving connection, community, and a safe space to simply be. So I thought: Let’s meet at the park.

What started as a simple idea, a casual gathering in the fresh air, blossomed into something far more beautiful than I could have imagined. Wild Heart Mamas became a place where moms could come as they are, without pressure or judgment, to laugh, connect, and build friendships that last beyond nap schedules and school pickups.

This community was built by mothers, for mothers, and every gathering, every hug, every “me too” moment has been a reminder of why this matters so deeply.

Some of the most meaningful moments for me are when a mom pauses and says, “Thank you for what you’ve created.” Honestly? That never gets old. So if you see me out and about, please stop me. I truly love connecting with every mama who’s been part of this magic.

And to the incredible lead mamas who’ve poured their hearts into this growing community over the years, I am endlessly grateful. You’ve helped make Wild Heart Mamas what it is today: a heart-centered, joy-filled village where moms can truly feel at home.

Here’s to showing up, together.
Here’s to the wild hearts. 💛
